First we had a tour in the caslte. Our tour guide had dressed up in an old dress. She told us about the castle and the people who had lived in it. After the tour we went outside to take a grouppicture with everyone.
Then we could choose. Or we could go to the zoo or we could go to the town, where we could drink something. I choose to go to the zoo. The zoo was very different from our zoo's. The cages were not like their natural habitat and they were too small. The bears also played with plastic bottles. If we had a zoo like that in the Netherlands it wouldn't be allowed to open and all the animals would be put somewhere else. But it was still a cool zoo, because they had some animals that I've never seen before in real life. Also the animals looked fine, so I think that the zoo is fine as long as the animals don't suffer.
After the zoo we went to Trencin and then we went back to her house. There were her family, uncle, aunt, friend, grandma and grandpa. We had a BBQ together and it was really fun. Her aunt and uncle and friend could speak English, so it was easy to have a conversation. Her grandma is very sweet. Everytime she came when I was there, I had to eat. The people here don't want you to have an empty stomach.
